The Program is out!

We have the pleasure of presenting the program for the 5th edition of Arabisk filmfest!

This year’s festival will take place from 20th to 23rd of April, at USF Verftet (in collaboration with Cinemateket), Det Akademiske Kvarter (in collaboration with Bergen filmklubb) and Bergen Public Library. The program consists of 14 feature length films, two short film programs as well as several events! Among this year's highlights you will find everything from award-winning films such as The Blue Caftan and Under The Fig Trees to romantic comedies such as All Roads Lead to Rome. We are also proud to announce that we have something for all age groups and are excited to be able to show the great animated film Dounia and the Princess of Aleppo.

We are also very happy to have the opportunity to have guests at this year's festival. It is a pleasure to be able to welcome filmmakers to Bergen and give our audiences a unique opportunity to meet directors such as Dalia Al-Kury (Syrialism, Privacy of Wounds), Darin J. Sallam (Farha) and Karrar Al- Azzawi (Baghdad on Fire).

Many of the films shown can only be seen during the festival, so here is a unique opportunity to catch films that you will remember for a long time to come.
